Fabio Piccini is a doctor and a university based researcher in the fields of human nutrition and microbiome. Currently, he is medical supervisor of the Italian Ski Jumping National Team and the director of the Italian Microbiome Project. He routinely uses HRV as a tool to optimize health and performance.
