I provide advice and support services to assist clients with the management of their medical condition(s). I follow evidence based best practice to guide clinical exercise treatment and education for specific conditions.
I provide the latest proven methods for improving athletic performance whether your primary interest is cycling, running, swimming, skiing or other. One-on-one training is offered but we focus on small groups. We utilize data analysis to monitor progress and ensure success.
I offer consultation and training expertise. I have worked with Major leagues baseball and affiliates for 3 years with emphasis on data collection, interpretation, analysis, and reporting. I have contributed to the success of minimizing injury rates within starting baseball pitchers.
