Dane loves researching different restorative methods that can be utilized in training to recover and regenerate the mind and body. Currently, he is studying for a PhD in Human & Sport Performance. His professional experiences include working at private-sector facilities to large corporate companies such as EXOS & Google. His programming capabilities include elite collegiate athletes, general population to special population clients. Dane is currently a member of the NSCA Michigan Advisory Board.
